Every patient is advised to see a nutritionist who will adjust the nutrition according to all the tests (urine, feces, blood etc.) to offer a personalized analysis. A certain type of food may not be suitable for everyone. The nutritionist may ask for other tests to see the intestine conditions.
Microbiome testing measures the amount and types of microbes, such as bacteria and viruses, in your gut via a stool sample. Nutrition will be tailored accordingly.
There are several urine tests that can be done: to see mycose and bacteria presence in the intestine. We can also do a 12H or 24H urine test to see hormones and neurotransmitters.
This involves screening for genetic polymorphisms that may affect the expression of a gene called FUT 2. 2-FL allows a certain number of microbiota species to find their niche and therefore ensure good microbiota diversity.
